Q: What does "Up to 1.6Mbps" mean?
A: You need to be located within 12000 feet of your serving "Central Office" to be able to obtain 1.6Mbps speed. You can check which service you qualify for by entering your phone number in the Availability Checker on the left.
Q: Is there minimal commitment requirement?
A: Yes. 3 months minimal commitment is required.
Q: Are these prices valid for business service?
A: No. Please contact us for exact pricing.
Q: Do you provide a free modem?
A: No. We will provide a modem for price of 99.95$ (plus applicable sales tax and shipping).
If you wish to cancel your service within first 6 months, simply return the modem for a full refund.
After 6 months, we will refund 50% of the price of the modem.
Alternatively, you can use your existing "ADSL-DMT" compatible modem.

Q: Do I get a static IP address?
A: Yes
Q: Do I need to sign a yearly contract?
A: No. Just notify us 7 days prior to your desired service termination date.
Q: I already have DSL from Pilosoft. Can I upgrade my speed?
A: Please refer to the email update you will receive by 5/2/03.
